RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with our product please email your concerns to: support@castcray.com
If returns are eligible we will reply with detailed instructions for returning your order. Many products do not qualify for returns or refunds as they are made to order.
REFUNDS
If return is eligible and we have received your returned products, they will be inspected for damages and refund will be issued as long as item is not damaged. Refunds can take 7-10 business days after processing. Your refund will be issued back to the payment method used at time of purchase.
SHIPPING
All shipping expenses associated with your return are responsibility of customer.
